Refund policy
At Ravaya Parfums, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable consumer rights and exceptions.
Returns and Cancellations
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Condition of returned perfume
Because perfume is a cosmetic product, sealed perfume that has been unsealed may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where the right to cancel does not apply for health or hygiene reasons.
Where applicable, returned products should be handled only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
For a change-of-mind return, the product should be returned with its original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.
This does not affect your legal rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your consumer rights.
Your legal rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods are not affected by this policy.
Return Costs
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are generally responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us before returning it so we can advise you about the return arrangements.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, you may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, or where applicable receive evidence that they have been returned, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where a refund is due, it will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you agree otherwise.
For online cancellations, refunds will be provided within the applicable legal timeframe.
Your original standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery method may not be refundable.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
